We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if not,   then we are here to help!


Return Delivery

Because Toyland uses a third-party service provider to deliver your toys, all delivery and shipping charges are your responsibility and are billed and paid directly to and from the third-party service provider by you. We strongly urge you to read their TERMS & CONDITIONS before you proceed.


By using Toyland E-commerce services and making this purchase you are agreeing to the Third-Party Service Terms & Conditions, and Toyland’s Terms & Conditions including this Return Policy.



Toyland accepts returns, exchanges and provides refunds for items purchased using our E-commerce services on the following Terms & Conditions:


1)       The item is in the same condition as when it was purchased, unopened, unused and in its original packaging

2)      You provide proof of purchase such as a receipt

3)      The items is not a costume, wearable good, or a pool accessory item, such as; snorkels, masks, and other pool accessories (this condition is set for the purpose of hygiene)


Unacceptable conditions include:  Any goods scratched, with even slightly damage or with torn/damaged packaging will not be accepted. It must be in condition well enough to resell at the original retail price and in the same condition as when it was received.



IMPORTANT: Shipping fees to return an item is solely your responsibility and Toyland will provide your refund once the goods have been examined by our team to ensure all conditions have been met.

If you are unsure for any reason if your return request is valid, please email us with a photo of your product and return request to and write RETURN as the email subject. Based on your email, we can help you determine if the product will be acceptable for a return, however, it must first be inspected physically by our staff at our facility, before your refund is provided.


You can return the item using our Third-Party Service provider or ship the product directly to our Headquarters for inspection at the following address:

If you wish to return an item and receive a refund from Toyland for a purchase made using our e-commerce services your refund will be provided on the conditions that :

1)      All the conditions set above for Returns are met,

2)      The refund request is made within 3 days of receiving the goods




If you wish to exchange a purchased item for another item, you may do so on the following conditions:

1)      All the conditions set above for Returns are met,


2)      Request for exchange has been made within 10 days of receiving the item


3)      If the item is approved for Exchange the customer will be facilitated to buy (in exchange) other goods from Toyland of the same value, or more, by paying for the difference


4)      No cash or part thereof will be returned to the customer (if the refund deadline has been exceeded)


Credit Notes

If you would like to exchange your item but have not made a selection of another item you wish to have, Toyland can offer you a Credit Note for the same value of the toy being exchanged.  To receive a credit note, the terms & conditions for Exchange above must be met, and you may make your credit note request by emailing us on and writing EXCHANGE FOR CREDIT NOTE on the email subject heading.




Defective Items

Toyland strives to provide you with the largest selection of toys, and in our efforts we continuously purchase from manufacturers and suppliers around the world. As a result, on rare occasions, it is possible that some items are sold with manufacturing defects. In these rare cases, Toyland takes responsibility to exchange the item or fully refund you for your purchase under the following conditions, and furthermore, Toyland takes all possible measures to deal with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure defective items do not end up in our stores or in your homes.


If you believe for any reason that the item you have received is defective, Toyland will provide an exchange, credit note or refund if:

1)      You have made a manufacturing defect claim within 10 days of receiving the item

2)      The item is examined by Toyland’s team and verified that the item is in fact defective

In the event the item has been verified as having a manufacturing defect, Toyland will fully refund you for your return delivery and shipping costs along with the purchase price refund, or exchange.
